The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for providing an overall leadership in the areas of operational performance and improvements, P&L management, customer relations and employee development. You will be a proactive thinker who can effectively maximize the performance of a high-volume operation that runs 6 days a week with expected overtime during peak seasons.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and be able to successfully achieve the following:

  • Manage, develop, train and schedule 35+ employees for a pick and pack operation that sends replenishments to 30 internal stores
  • Monitor service levels to ensure that performance metrics meet customer requirements and are communicated appropriately
  • Drive the operational performance at the facility level, focusing on productivity and loss prevention
  • Monitor replenishments and inventory control to ensure discrepancies are corrected immediately
  • Manage daily facility workload planning and volume forecasting (i.e. staffing, equipment, space)
  • Ensure company policies are communicated, administered and enforced
  • Increase efficiency of operation and employee productivity
  • Properly allocate and maximize on spacing capacity
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system
  • Support a safe, secure, clean work environment
