Ron Knight, Jr. - Managing Director of Operations

Ron Knight is the Managing Director of Operations for 1ST TEAM Staffing Services Inc. Ron is an established leader in the staffing industry. Working with the management team of 1ST TEAM, Ron believes that our successes in this industry will come from offering superior service to every client and candidate we partner with. Also, continuously develop young talent to become organizational leaders of tomorrow.

Prior to joining 1ST TEAM Staffing, Ron worked with Ajilon Office & Finance for 3 years focusing the majority of his efforts on daily branch operations and business development. Before joining Ajilon Ron worked with Legg Mason as a staff accountant for two years. Ron graduated with his BS degree from Towson University with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing. He enjoys playing golf, fishing and is currently living in Carroll County with his lovely wife.
