Richard P. Sovero - President

Rick Sovero is President of 1ST TEAM Staffing Services. Rick joined the family business in 1988. During this time he has held many different positions within the organization. This valuable experience helped Rick move into the role of Vice President in 1998. He was promoted to his current position of President in 2002. Rick is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the company, including finance and customer service.

His father, Richard Sovero, founded the company in 1982 and continued to lead 1ST TEAM until 2004. Though retired Mr. Sovero still remains involved in 1ST TEAM Staffing in a Consultant role, lending his over forty years of Staffing experience to Rick.

After graduating from Loyola High School in 1986 Rick attended Towson State University. While at Towson Rick was a member of the Golf Team. His passion for Golf continues to this day, as Rick plays in many local and national amateur tournaments. He currently lives in Reisterstown with his wife and son.
